Refund Policy

Here at Lo Create a Basket we are determined to make your shopping experience the best it can possible be.
As per our refund policy, we offer refunds on unopened basket items within seven (7) days of purchased. Any baskets that is returned damaged, and (or) have items removed from inside will not qualify for such refund.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
